Recently, the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, together with the provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, jointly compiled and issued the "Technical Guidelines for the treatment of Rural domestic waste in Shaanxi Province (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"), implemented the spirit of the relevant documents of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, and further standardized the treatment of rural domestic waste in the province。

The Guidelines are also clear，Rural household waste in the classification mode，The "dichotomy" model of "recyclable waste" and "other waste" is mainly implemented;The collection takes place "by the villagers themselves，The way of centralized collection by cleaning staff;In terms of transport, direct transport and transit transport are generally adopted.According to the three regions of northern Shaanxi, central Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi, targeted classification treatment methods are adopted;Detailed requirements have been made for operational management。In addition, the "Guidelines" clearly define the acceptance methods for the treatment of rural solid waste, as well as the main technical and economic indicators for the construction of new rural solid waste treatment facilities。It provides a management model and technical route for orderly classification, collection, transfer and treatment of rural domestic waste in all parts of our province。
The Guidelines shall be interpreted by the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation。
